Black dress with rhinestone detail

Size 3/4 US. Fits size small. Top of dress is loose and bottom is tight - gives the effect of a top and skirt. Arms are sheer. The fabric is cut open on the arms at the top (exposing the top of the arms). Cuffs at the wrist have silver rhinestones and button closure. Black slip built inside of dress.
