Black dress with white dots, plus size, super comfy, great swing, knee-length

Gorgeous black dress with white dots, has a great swing it, and pockets! I am 5'6" and it come to just below my knee, made by Mat. and it their size S (about a 22 US), rarely worn as I got it for work and then my size changed during the pandemic
