Black dress with white polka dots

Really soft black dress with white polka dots. Has a 2 inch elastic waist band and elastic cuffs and is super soft and comfy, I have worn this many times during the winter as it is a super great piece to wear alone with a coat on top. This dress can fit many sizes despite it being sized as S. Selling because I feel that I have had my share with this dress.
