Black fit and flare dress

Elegant skater-style dress with charm for days! Black fit-and-flare dress, fitted with princess lines through the bodice, and pleated full skirt falling from a high waist to approximately knee length. Elbow-length narrow sleeves. Round neckline. The fabric is a cotton blend, substantial and opaque. It has very little stretch. The colour is a true, rich black. This is best shown in the 2nd picture. I played with the exposures a bit in order to highlight the details of the dress. There are no manufacturer or size labels. Based on the shaping and the measurements, I am calling this an extra small Petite/size 0. It could also possibly fit a Petite size 0 or 2. Given the proportions, it probably won’t be suitable to anyone taller than 5'4" (162 cm).
