Black floral print front tie dress

Black high-contrast daisy floral print wrap dress from a Montreal boutique. The front is cut out to look like separates with a loose-fitting front-tie top that could be tied multiple ways, and a high-waisted skirt. There is a ruffle / flounce trim along the neckline, sleeves, and bottom of the skirt. The fabric has a crepe texture which gives it a matte appearance. Brand is Etophe Studios from Editorial. Cute dress similar to the style of Brandy Melville dresses or the For Love and Lemons cherry sundress. Dress is marked as S, however I would recommend XS if you are average or above average height. The waistline will likely sit very high above the actual waist. Waist: 13" measured flat across (but the dress is short so it actually sits higher than the waist depending on the person) Bought secondhand from someone who got it at a Montreal boutique but never worn before. Originally, I thought it was 2 pieces when I purchased this, but it's actually a 1-piece dress connected together. Looks like it is in brand new condition.
