Black flow tank top

NWT -never worn. I ordered this tank top a few weeks ago and it didn’t fit. Tried to return it but they didn’t accept it. Size large but fits more like a medium or even small. Asking what I paid for it only. (I also had to pay duties, taxes and shipping which I’m not including)
