Black tunic length halter style shirt. Stretchy material. Removable bra cups. Width at waist: 13" Length from back to waist: 13" Length from waist to bottom". 16" Total length: 28" I'm estimating the size as large based on the measurements and fit as I removed the tags when I purchased it.
