out_and_about @suzymags hey there, I tried to measure it flat but I'm not sure that's realistic as it is also a bit stretchy (but for you to know it measured with 28 1/2" - 30 1/2" options). There is 4 clasp lengths (picture added). I normally wear a 32B or 34B size "real" bra and this fits me well on the smallest clasp (band wise, but I dont fill the "cups" out much...). Hope that helps!
