Hello,
My wrist is 17cm (6.5 inch) and it fits great and not tight and very comfortable. The leather is sturdy but very soft. The lace up allows to adjust it if you need to expand it.
The bracelet itself measures 18cm at the narrowest part, 19 cm across the middle, 20 cm at the widest part, it is a slight cone shape, widens slightly towards the arm part, very cool contemporary shape. I hope this information helps :)
