Black lined (with hemline crinoline) summer dress with pretty flower pattern

This lovely summer dress is size 6 (or a small 8). The straps are adjustable. The slip is attached to the dress. At the bottom of the slip is a pretty bit of netting similar to a crinoline style which peaks out of the dress giving it a cool style. Black and grey. I don’t know the brand.
