maxineyue @deesun224 hi! Not a tight fit but not flowy per say. Its fitted at the shoulders (of course depending on your size) but the body falls straight down so don’t sit too close or too far. Tucks well either by French tuck or tucked all the way around into trousers or a skirt. Arm pit to arm pit: 18” Top of the shoulder to bottom of the shirt: 23 3/4” Bottom of the shirt from side to side: 19” Shoulder to start of the flair at wrist: 21” and to end of flair: 24.5” Hope that helps!
