@sd974 Yes it is pre-loved! I wore it a number of times and laundered it once or twice. I use Eucalan, a detergent made with lanolin and specifically formulated for wool. Hand wash gently in cold water, roll in a towel, and dry flat. I have a huge collection of Aritzia sweaters, and none have had any issues being washed this way! I have ruined one by machine washing on delicate using a regular detergent, so I’ve learned the hard way 😊
