Black mermaid high low skirt

This skirt is very stretchy and comfy, but also a very unique style. There is a short under layer so there aren’t any wardrobe malfunctions but the long part reaches past my ankles. There’s some rouching on the short part which is also very cute and flattering. Im about 5’3 and it is almost too long for me.
