Black mini skirt with laser cut design over lining

Black Forever 21 mini skirt with laser cut design over lining. Hidden back zipper. Straight cut no flare. I have too many black skirts I need to declutter. I don’t think I ever wore this one. The waistband (not elastic) is 2inches wide and waist laying flat measures approx 14 inches. Top of waist to bottom hem measures approx 14 1/2 inches. EUC like new no flaws 10/10 from pet free smoke free home.
