Black patent leather pumps with fabric inset

These black patent leather pumps have a nice elasticized fabric band that make them quite comfortable. They have a 3” heel and square toe. They are in quite good shape, but do have some scuff marks (see pics). Price reflects the scuffs. I never wear them, hoping someone else will.
