Black patent peep toe heels, NWT

Great black patent peep toe heels. 4" heels with 3/4" front platform gives illusion of height but effectively reduces it to 3 1/4" heel. New with tags and box. Wore only once to try on but there is one scratch on each inner side. Only visible on close inspection (See last 2 photos, couldn't even get a good picture )
