Zara woman black vest. Solid material at the top then pleated to the bottom, waterfall collar at front, 2 pockets P to P 19”, Length from armpit , Front 33” and back 36” . Epilette on shoulder, pleated section is see through. Can be dressed up or down. Good condition.
