Black polka dot dress w/ layered bottom.

Reposhing this item I purchased from @florencia20. Loved it, but it's a little too short for me so I only wore it to try it on. No issues with the dress to note. It has a concealed zipper on the back and adjustable straps. It's a cute tulle with velvet like black polka dots overlay with three layered ruffle skirt bottom. PS I am a size small (us 4) and this fits me, it was a more fitted skirt as you can see so on someone who wears an XS this would probably be more flowy at the bottom.
