Black polka-dot blouse

This cute blouse features a cinched elastic around the waist area and has brass buttons as a nice detail. The fabric is see-through but wearing a black cami underneath makes the top look great! Even though it is a size large, it fits like a size medium. Only worn a handful of times, no sig of wear and tear.
