Black purple floral long sleeve v neck dress

Black with purples floral pattern. Long sleeves have stretch at bottom of sleeve. Waist tie to wear as bow. V neckline good for cleavage or I would wear a tank top under to office to make business casual. Good for dinner out or office. Anything really!
