Black rutilated quartz pendant

Vintage Black rutilated quartz pendant. Bought second hand at a jewelry show years ago but never wore it. This isn't some cheap fake from overseas. I tried to take a picture of the stamp, it looks like it should be sterling silver but it's worn so I can't be sure.
