Black sequin winged holiday tunic with belt

This black shirt is stretchy and is put on over head as there are no buttons or zippers. Size is not indicted but fits our mannequin like an extra small - especially in the hip. Shirt is forgiving around waist and bust due to the wing style. There is some sequin loss in the shoulder as shown in photos. Price has been reduced to $9 for this reason.
