Black sheer long sleeve blouse with gem stones

This is a well loved item that is still beautiful but has some imperfections which is why the price is low. This is a see through blouse with velvet accents and gem stones on the collar. Imperfections include a couple of missing gem stones and a tag (shown up close in pictures so please keep that in mind)
