Black silk cut velvet dress

Black cut velvet (40%silk). Boat neck, 3/4 sleeves, knee length. Excellent condition, one spot on the front where velvet is slightly flattened (see photos). Steaming it might help. 14.5 inch shoulder, 16.5 bust, 16 waist. Slightly a line.
