Black skater/circle mini skirt

Little black skater skirt bought last year, worn 2-3 times. Specs : - size M - Shorts underneath - above the knee on me (I'm 5 feet 7 inches) - elastic waist band in the back so it can fit a size down or up - has a lot of movements, will lift if windy but the shorts save the day :) Like new, shows no signs of wear.
