this black cutout skirt is a great piece for workwear (with a blazer or oversize loose knit) and equally perfect for a dressy event!!! falls just below the knee (I'm 5'6")....longer if you’re more petite. size S worn twice 1. with heels (dressed up) 2. with sneakers (dressed down)...loved both looks!! the underskirt keeps it modest yet flirty....
