Black skirt with attached suspender feature size S

Bought in Korea, so unsure of brand name. Skirt is in free size, fits an XS-S. The waist band does have stretch though so it's a bit adjustable. True black color as shown in first picture, very light and flowy material. Not the highest quality, but a super cute peice. Suspenders are fabric sewn on, so cannot be removed, but can be worn up or down. They also cannot be adjusted so would fit best on a shorter person (fits me well at 5'2, with a long torso for my height, wearing it high waisted).
