Black spaghetti strap cocktail dress

This black spaghetti strap cocktail dress is loose at the waist but tapers at the legs. Built in bra pads for convenience and material is stretchy for extra comfort. Only worn once but one of the straps has loose thread (shown in photo). Still is excellent used condition! Dimensions: Chest: will fit 34D (below chest 13” flat) Top thigh: 14” flat Bottom thigh: 13” flat Length from strap to bottom: 33”
