Black sparkle midi dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @bdid94. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Stretch black velvet with silver sparkle detail. Did have tailor add stitch to bust area to keep wrapped fabric closed just a little bit higher up. Questions? Leave a comment below!
