Black sparkly floor length dress

NWT, never worn. US size 4 or XS. I typically wear size small or medium but it still fits me. Sleeves are see through but the rest of the dress has a slip under it. Slightly stretchy material. It was gift and tag says $103, personally I feel that was overpriced and would have expected it to be around $70. Top (shoulder) to floor is 60inches. Armpit to end of sleeve is 18inches. Armpit to armpit (chest) 17 inches. But there is some cinching in the chest.
