Black square neck rhinestone windsor dress, size M. (new never worn)

This is a black dress, newly bought form windsor. It has a square neck line, and has rhinestones on it. It's also short it length. I have never wore this dress anywhere and it still has the tag on it. It's definitely for more taller people if looking for a short dress.
