Black stretchy shorts sleeve top

This black stretchy top comes with capped sleeves and ruffles at the neckline, sleeves and hemline, also comes with a rose Embellishments on the left side of the top. The tag size says large however, It looks like a small to me, and it can possibly be considered a medium once stretched. Please see pictures for unstretched measurements.
