Black sweater with ruffled neck and sleeves

Black sweater with ruffled neck and sleeves from Simons. It has a ruffled neck. The sleeves are puffed, ruffled at the bottom and they have little polka dots (also black, but you can see them and feel them. It is a US size S/M. The material is very nice and soft. It doesn’t have tags but it has never been worn.
