Black tutu cocktail/party dress

Full tutu dress. Skirt has inner black layer, stiffer layer of tule to create volume followed by two layers of flowy tule that give volume and movement! Top is opaque bust with sheer corset at the waist. The dress has very little stretch and has a zip along the side. Beautiful dress for celebrations! Wore it once on my birthday.
