Black velvet and lace wrap around dress

Black velvet gothic maxi wrap around dress with lace sleeves and asymmetrical hem. This dress is dripping in goth, vampire, Morticia, victorian style. I wouldn't part with it if I wasn't moving out of the country. It's at least 20 years old and no flaws or imperfections that I can find. I've worn it around the house for Halloween. The best measurement I can get is across the chest, PTP: 18" This is with it tied the way it is on the form. It is a wrap so you can let it out. Length is 51" at the longest hem. I will consider all offers but no low ball offers please. #gothicfashion
