Vintage black velvet midi skirt from Talbots, with a burnout design of roses and patterning. Overlay is made of a blend of silk and rayon and feels high quality, and the skirt is fully lined with a poly liner. Zipper and button closure at the back. Perfect for witchy goth looks!
