Black vintage velvet and taffeta dress, size 12

Purchased at a second hand store about 10 years ago, I have worn this once to a costume event. It was definitely worn before I owned it and is in overall good condition, but definitely not anywhere near like new. Velvet bodice is in good shape with a little wear around the waistline in the front; neck closure has two buttons that are in original condition and original button closures are still useable. The back of the bodice is showing some thinning, but the elastic is still in good condition. Taffeta skirt is still in excellent condition if a little flattened from storage. This would be really fun as a vintage prom dress or for a costume party.
