Black & white printed dress with yellow belt

Marella black and white print dress. Gathering at neck and ruching on one side at waist. Originally purchased at Simons. No longer has size and care tag but fits as a M and the fabric is likely a poly with some spandex in as it does have some stretch. Paid over $200 originally. Has been worn a handful of times. Comes with yellow tie belt. Partially lined.
