Black with Silver Designed Blouse XL

this blouse is in excellent used condition. there are no tags so use measurements to determine sizing PTP is 24 in, it's length is 27 in, and it's sleeve length is 19 in. I would say the material is polyester and spandex it has nice stretch to it.
