Black with a hint of silver sheen black blazer w/cute ruffle accents down front

Fabulous black blazer featuring six button front, ruching/ruffling down each side of front providing great lines/detail and small ruffle around bottom. Ruffle is not full. The material is a soft almost waterproof feeling material that has just a wee hint of silver in the look of the material. Jacket is fully lined with light shoulder pads and has a Peter pan collar. Jacket is in very good condition.
