Reposhing this item I purchased from @mydaydesign22. Loved it, but it was the wrong size. Great for dance, play, or so many Halloween costume ideas (Minnie Mouse, Little Red Riding Hood, cat, pirate, etc) 3 layers- lining, tulle and pleated skirt comfortable 1 inch elastic waist band within lining. label is size M 20" waist 14" length no damage, in great condition!
