🪭 Black y2k bubble skirt Strapless Corset dress with silver Buckle Detail

Stylish y2k black strapless corset dress featuring silver hardware buckle details. Perfect for a chic look - amazing over a puffy longer skirt or with tights and heels or wedges for summer. Such a cool piece I just don’t reach for it. Size XS but stretchy so would fit a small - best if you’re under 5”2 since this dress is super short - unless you wear it as a tunic over a puffy tutu skirt or a plaid mini skirt (I’ve done this and it’s such a flattering and adorable look). May regret selling this but she deserves more wear.
