Black/Grey/White Sleeveless Shockwave Dress

Black/grey/white Shockwave dress. Half front zipper and long back zipper. Two front pockets. Fully lined. Rough linen type outer fabric, likely polyester lining (no fabric tag). I purchased this secondhand about a year ago and it JUST fit but unfortunately it doesn't fit anymore. Fabric has NO STRETCH. Bust: 17.5" Hips/widest part of skirt: ~20 3/4" Length: 36.5"
