Black/Navy Lace Mini Dress

Blackish lace dress with a hint of navy. Beautiful high collar with lace detail. Button on the back to secure the collar. Elastic waistband. Size xsmall. About 31-32inch length from shoulder to bottom of the dress. Too small and short for me but hopefully will find a new home!
