Black-and-white summer culottes-1X

Only worn once. These striped wide legged culottes with banded black hem is a fashion statement this summer. Elasticized waist and stretchy material makes this a comfortable pair. 15” across waist although can stretch wider. 39.5” long Purchased at an exclusive shop in Niagara on the Lake. Elastic in the waistline has a little twist in it. Price reflects this. See last photo. Not noticeable when worn.
