Blackmilk high neck seamless tank

Blackmilk “matte black racer tank” size xs. It has a shelf bra built in; no padding and hardly any support, but still nice. New with tags, never been worn. It’s just a bit too tight on me. Feels like a soft seamless stretchy fabric. Sold out online. Comes with tags attached and in shipping bag. About $35 originally after duties and fees.
