Animal print, full length skirt, size 14, 17 inch waist approximately laid flat, hidden zipper and button, fully lined, crinoline attached to top fabric (full length) This gives the skirt lots of body. I loved this skirt so much that I bought it and intended to have it altered at the time and never did. The button can be moved over quite easily without affecting the look of the skirt. Approximately 39 inches long. Never worn. Smoke free home.

mariekorolik @cindyannebeck Hi Cindy, my apologies. There is no way to expand the waistband 17 inches is the largest. You can decrease The waist band by approximately 2 inches by taking it in.
