northvan83 @funshoakintitan my apartment is a very open layout so I have a 14000 BTU unit but I get all day sun so even in the winter I never turn my heat on. So I felt like this wasn't useful for that. Even w 14000 BTU my place is still hotter than outside. So for me, it wasn't terribly useful. My sister has the exact same unit and rents a room in a house and absolutely loves it. I hope that helps
