You can connect the fan with a charging adapter or your computer's USB port. Press the fan button to start and cycle through the speed of the fan. There are 3 speeds to press and the fourth is off. To turn on the Rhythmic Breeze Fan mode, select the desired fan speed and then press and hold the fan button (2 seconds), the blue LED Lights will start blinking. Press the Negative Ionizer button to turn on this mode. Press and hold the Negative Ionizer button (2 seconds) to turn on internal light. Press and hold again (2 seconds) to turn it off.
