nues19 I apologize but your remarks on the leather jacket are completely inaccurate. Can you send me the pictures of the scratches? That was a $700 lamb skin leather jacket I bought for my birthday that doesn’t fit because I lost weight. Do let me know if you would want to return so I can place a refund if returned in the condition that it was shipped to you. I wrapped it prior to shipping to ensure no issues.

blindedsociety @vets9 Honestly its probably not your fault at all. You stated it was new and I was happy about getting a NEW bag. However when it arrived it had scratches to the front clasp and to the leather near the clasp. I know they authenticated it and handled it and thats possibly when it happened. By no means at all am I accusing you of anything. However the bag was not in new condition and that is what I had purchased.

vets9 @blindedsociety I am so sorry that this happened I cannot believe that they handle high end items like this, as you can see from all of my pictures of the clasp is in perfectly polished and new condition, as well as the surrounding leather. Additionally I packed the bag very securely in such a way that it could not get damaged during transportation. I'm very happy that I've recorded the packing process before shipping it out!

vets9 @blindedsociety I'm so shocked that this happen and I'm very sad too, I honestly had faith that when you send out something to their authentication center that they were treated with care and love. Never thought they would be so careless with a high-end product. I've never had an issue with identification like this before....so this is truly upsetting. I hope they rectify the issue asap. :(

blindedsociety @vets9 Unfortunately it also could've been in shipping but the bag was wrapped in tissue with the posh sticker when I got it and I didn't see any marks in the photos and I definitely trust you as a seller so that why I feel like it happened in handling/ authentication somehow.

vets9 @blindedsociety Hi, Poshmark has decided to send me back the bag in damaged condition, they did not ask me anything regarding the item and sent me one image that you provided with scratches on the buckle as "proof". They also have not acknowledged that the bag was sent to them in brand new condition without the "minor" scratches as they put it. Could you please mail the bag out ASAP with all the original care cards, the dust bag and the 2 straps. This has been an extremely upsetting situation.

I cant believe how they're not even available to speak with. They continue to send me automated messages. Let me see if I can resolve this.

vets9 @blindedsociety yes they sent it to me as well, they notes that it was extremely minor. I have to agree... the scratches are very light and it was like that when I purchased the bag from the 5th ave location so I didn’t even notice this as an issue since it’s high polished metal and the “scratches” are hairline tiny and inevitable I guess. Honestly it’s brand new and I’m sorry that you weren’t happy with it :( I hope you keep shopping my closet for other Gucci items in the future
